Using special washed processed denim cloth produced in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture where it is Japan's holy place of Denim.
This place began to produce their denim in the 60's. It uses natural dye and old-style loom processing, so that the edge of the fabric are made stronger than the average denim wear.
