Hisae Igarashi
Igarashi has been involved in the design of numerous commercial spaces such as TSUMORI CHISATO boutiques and maturite stores. She has also been engaged in the development and design of furniture that promotes the industry at the local level.Her designs have been shown at numerous exhibitions, including the NHK Heart Exhibition, “Objet d’art--Travel Throughout Japan,” and the OZONE Exhibition, in which she has participated every year since 1997.Additionally, Igarashi is a professor at the Department of Scenography, Display and Fashion Design at Musashino Art University.Her involvement with Hida Sangyo started in the fall of 2001, when she developed a series of furnishings known collectively as baguette. In 2003, a chair from the series--the IB240--won the Good Design Award. In 2010, she introduced the baguette life series of environmentally friendly furnishings that highlight the effective use of wood. Ultimately, the series won the Good Design Award for Igarashi and Hida Sangyo.In 2015, baguette life was revamped to use beech and launched under the name baguette lb. Subsequently, the AWASE series was announced in 2016, and a chair in this series received the Good Design Award in 2017.

TORAFU ARCHITECTS Inc.
Founded in 2004 by Koichi Suzuno and Shinya Kamuro, TORAFU ARCHITECTS employs a working approach based on architectural thinking.
Works by the duo include a diverse range of products, from architectural design to interior design for shops, exhibition space design, product design, spatial installations and film making.

Kiyoyuki Ken Okuyama
Ken has worked as a Chief Designer for General Motors, a Senior Designer for Porsche AG, and a Design Director for Pininfarina S.p.A., being responsible for Ferrari Enzo, Maserati Quattroporte and many cars.
He is also known for numerous products such as motorcycles, furniture, robots and architecture.
In 2007, KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN was founded providing business consultancy to many corporations. Ken also produces cars, eyewear, interior products under his original brand. He is currently a visiting professor at several universities and also publishes many books.
