The biggest feature of Sakuya High Feel is its 3-layer structure, which is made by layering three urethane foams with different elasticity and hardness. The three-layer structure distributes the load while adjusting it.
For loft beds and bunk beds, thinner mattresses are often recommended for safety reasons. Furthermore, if the mattress is too heavy, it will be difficult to install it on the upper shelf. Therefore, especially for people who use loft beds or bunk beds, we recommend a thin urethane mattress like the Sakuya High Feel. Thin urethane mattresses are less likely to cause serious injury if they fall, so even small children can use them with confidence. Additionally, the act of jumping up and down on the mattress, which children often do, can cause malfunctions in the case of spring coils. However, Sakuya High Feel's core material (3-layer urethane foam) is a highly shock-absorbing material, so it will not break even if it jumps around.
Since the mattress cannot be washed, we added antibacterial cotton to the padding to enhance hygiene. We use Teijin Mighty Top, which has excellent dustmite, antibacterial, and deodorizing properties.
By using highly breathable double raschel on the sides of the mattress, moisture from night sweats and heat can escape.
Although the mattress is thin, it has high resilience and is difficult to sink into, so you can sleep comfortably without feeling like you are bottoming out. Furthermore, the inside of the back cover is also padded, giving you a luxurious cushioning experience.
The outer fabric is made of smooth dry material. Adopts a gauze-like outer fabric. Compared to knit fabrics, it has a smooth texture and is less stuffy.
To reduce sagging as much as possible, rotate your mattress from front to back and top to bottom once every three months. By using bed pads and box sheets together, you can use it for a longer period of time and keep it clean.
