The "Japanese Light" series is an original lighting that is designed and manufactured in-house.
From the retro design that has been made for a long time to the Japanese modern design that arranges tradition , we propose "new Japanese lighting" that can be used to suit diversifying lifestyles. Made with natural solid wood All wooden frames are made of domestic solid wood, not synthetic boards or laminated boards. Manufactured by hand in Japan All work, such as cutting the wood, making the shade, and assembling the lamps, is done by hand one by one in Japan. We use parts that meet the standards to ensure long-lasting quality. We also provide after-sales care such as repairing cords and sockets and replacing the Warlon.
For 75 years, Shinyo Denki has been producing and selling original design lighting fixtures in Japan as a lighting manufacturer. In 1951, we designed the first spotlights and patented downlights in Japan , and as a pioneer in store lighting, we have created many lighting fixtures, including lighting that incorporates European modern styles. Later, the company established connections with Japanese lighting craftsmen and shifted its focus to Japanese-style lighting, but it remains committed to quality and consistent domestic handmade production.
A dynamic series with light passing through the gaps in the kumiko and shadows cast on the wall. The beauty of the wood grain illuminated by the light is also a feature. The simple beauty of the design is eye-catching. This is a Japanese-style light with a Japanese modern design that can be used not only in Japanese-style rooms, but also in Western-style rooms and living rooms.
The design highlights the beauty of the wooden joinery made by joiners. We created this series with the hope that Japanese techniques can be used in Western spaces. This series is dynamic with the light that shines through the gaps in the joinery and the shadows that are cast on the wall. The beauty of the wood grain illuminated by the light is also a feature.
* The shade is handmade using natural materials. Therefore, the color and wood grain may differ from the photo.
