The "Japanese Light" series is an original lighting design and production that is done in-house. From the retro design that has been made for a long time to the Japanese modern design that arranges tradition, we propose "new Japanese lighting" that can be used to suit diversifying lifestyles.

Made of natural solid wood All wooden frames of the products are made of domestic solid wood, not synthetic boards or laminated boards. Production is done by hand in Japan All work, such as cutting the wood, making the shade, and assembling the light fixtures, is done by hand, one by one, in Japan. We use parts that comply with standards to ensure long-lasting quality.

We also provide after-sales care, such as repairing cords and sockets and replacing the Warlon. All of the washi paper parts are made of highly durable reinforced washi paper (®Warlon) coated with synthetic resin. Although it has the texture of washi paper, it is characterized by its resistance to tearing, discoloration, and deterioration. The washi paper part can be wiped with water, making it easy to maintain.

Lighting is an interior that illuminates the heart For 75 years, Shinyo Denki has been producing and selling original design lighting fixtures in Japan as a lighting manufacturer. In 1951, we designed the first spotlights and patented downlights in Japan , and we also created many lighting fixtures as pioneers of store lighting, including lighting that incorporates European modern styles . After that, we gained connections with Japanese lighting craftsmen and shifted our focus to Japanese-style lighting, but we are still committed to consistent domestic production and quality.

A slightly nostalgic Japanese-style design with thick, straight kumiko.
The number of waron and color variations has increased.

The shade is finished using a technique inspired by the "wipe lacquer" technique, in which paint is applied and then wiped off.
The wood grain stands out, and the natural feel of the wood is given a matte sheen for a sophisticated finish.

* The shade is handmade using natural materials.
Therefore, the color and wood grain may differ from the photo.
