After use, do not leave it unattended; immediately wash it gently with a mild detergent. Wipe off any water and dry thoroughly after washing. Leaving it wet can lead to mold and bacteria. As this is natural wood, do not immerse it in water for long periods of time. It is susceptible to heat and direct flames, which can cause discoloration and deterioration. Avoid using it in the microwave or dishwasher. Also, avoid storing it in the refrigerator, as it may dry out, crack, or peel. The coating will gradually thin over time.
