Material information
Silkscreen printing, one of India's traditional methods, uses a large block and involves two people sliding a wooden spatula across it to print one color at a time. One color is used per block, and the colors are layered multiple times to complete a design. Screen printing, which can print a large area at once, is more efficient than block printing, but it requires the skills of a craftsman, such as the amount of pressure used to layer the colors and the amount of ink used. The unevenness and fluctuations that occur at the borders of the pattern are one of the charms that can only be experienced through hand-made work.
Precautions
Please note that this product may bleed or discolor other items due to sun exposure, sweat, or friction when wet. Due to the nature of the material, color fading and shrinkage may occur, so please place the product in a laundry net and do not wash with other items. Do not use detergents containing fluorescent brighteners or bleach. Do not soak in water for long periods of time or leave the product wet. Avoid tumble drying; allow to air dry.
