The chair was designed for the space designed by Mr. Tange in 1958, but its form remains the same as it was.
The three-dimensional and voluminous shape is made of a single molded plywood.
Slightly hard and thick cushions provide a comfortable sitting experience. It is a chair that you can spend comfortably without getting tired for a long time.
The material is zelkova. You can enjoy the magnificent beauty of timber, which is a representative example of Japanese hardwood.

1958年に丹下氏が設計した空間の為にデザインされたチェアが原型ですが、そのフォルムは当時の姿のままです。
立体的でボリューム感あふれる形は一枚の成形合板によって作られています。
やや固めで厚みのあるクッションによって、快適な座り心地を実現しました。長時間疲れずに、ゆったりと過ごすことのできるチェアです。
材料にはケヤキ材が用いられています。日本の広葉樹の代表格ともいえる木材の格調高い美しさをお楽しみいただけます。
