Description

A compact chair where the back rests on the elbows.

Lifestyles have become western-style, and now households that sit and eat in chairs are the mainstream. However, not all dining is necessarily wide. There are probably many people who find their rooms narrow when the chairs for their families are arranged side by side. A clean, easy-to-move dining that doesn't burden your legs and hips, introduces a fashionable chair that will make you more comfortable. The chair FAWN is perfect for any room with a beautiful soft curves and a simple design. This is a work by Tomoyuki Matsuoka, an up-and-coming designer who has been active both in Japan and abroad and boasts numerous award-winning backgrounds. Although it is compact, its presence is outstanding due to its high design. A stastic space like a cafe will be created there.

Compact & Rich for beauty and sitting comfort.

A single leg based on the concept of compact & rich. Recommended for dining that isn't very spacious or for seniors after their children become independent. It is sharp and beautiful when viewed from the back side, and the soft line which seems to take the body gently when viewed from the front is attractive. This sharpness is created by changing the way the backboard is shaved. These techniques are helping to dispel the wildlife that is typical of wood products.

A stylish appearance with a black color appealing.

The two types of trees are oak, which is popular even among furniture collectors for its virulent grain of wood, and walnut, where the deep brown creates an adult atmosphere. All of them are inscribed trees that are loved all over the world. It's a very beautiful material as it is, but in this series I also made a pattern of black. It is more urbanly sophisticated, and is excellent in compatibility with other materials such as metals and glass. For painting, we adopted urethane, which has an appealing gloss that is resistant to scratches and dirt and is elegant.

Semi-arms with the image of the corner of a deer.

The characteristic of this chair is the design of this backboard anyway. The corner part is a convenient shape that also serves as a support that can be grasped when holding it, putting it on the elbow, and when standing up. Not only is it stylish, but it's a one-of-a-kind dish that is particular about usability. In addition to these features, the light and compact design makes it easy to move around and clean, and is especially recommended for older people. Please enjoy the design of the long-established Takumi Kogei, which was founded in 1979 and has approximately 40 craftsmen and staff.

Slightly curved, fitting armrest.

Both ends of the backboard (semi-arms) were created in the image of a small deer horn. The elbows are just put on when you sit down, promising a richer seat. It is polished carefully because it is a place that always touches, and I can remember softness and even warmth, rather than feeling hardness even though it is made of wood. The curves on the back are also exactly along the body, a structure that doesn't get tired no matter how many hours you sit. The chair has less deterioration due to aging and fits well enough to use.
