``Bud'' is a junmai sake product that gently envelops the aroma of sake and the flavour of rice.
We have prepared two types of ``Flower'' for Daiginjo, which has a gorgeous fragrance that stands out like a flower.
[Bud] A type with a constricted drinking spout (for Junmai sake)
The drinking spout is constricted and the aroma stays in the glass. You don't really notice the scent until you bring your face close to it, but when you drink it, your nose goes completely into the glass, so you can feel the strong scent. Since the drinking spout faces inward,
the alcohol will not flow into your mouth unless you tilt the glass upwards. Because you can enjoy it slowly,
it is suitable for sake with a strong flavour . When you drink pure rice sake, which has the umami and richness of rice, you can enjoy the original flavour and aroma of rice.
