1 "Low sitting/backward leaning" reduces the burden on the body-Comparison with the upright sitting position
1. Changes in sitting posture
Work for 2 hours using a PC and measure changes in sitting posture during that time. It was found that the amount of fluctuation in the upper body and lower back was smaller in the lower sitting/backward leaning position than in the upright sitting position. The low seat and backward tilt can stabilize the posture for a long time. My body moves when I sit down because it puts a lot of stress on it and it makes it difficult to maintain the same posture. In other words, it can be said that the low seat/backward lean is in a state where the load felt by the body is less.

2. Body pressure distribution
Measures the distribution of pressure on the body when sitting. It was found that the low seat/backward tilt increased the average contact area on the back by 2.1 times compared to the upright seat, and the high pressure part on the seat surface decreased. In other words, the low seat/backward tilt disperses the pressure received from the backrest and seat surface during PC work, supporting the body with a wider surface.

3. Swelling of the legs In the upright sitting position, the swelling increased with time, whereas in the low sitting/rearward leaning swelling was hardly seen. The reduction in swelling of the legs is an indication that the heights of the heart and the legs are close, and it is difficult to block the blood flow. You can see that low seating and rearward leaning are postures that reduce fatigue.
