Description

Back-friendly armchair (Flykline 360° type)

This armchair, designed with ergonomics in mind, features a seat that conforms to the shape of your buttocks. The seat moves in accordance with your body's center of gravity, preventing blood stagnation. The firmness of the seat's movement can be adjusted using the adjustment lever.

Note: The adjustment lever may loosen, so it may need to be tightened.

[Ergonomically designed seat shape]
The seat shape is based on ergonomics, designed to conform comfortably to the user's buttocks. The seat is slightly tilted forward, and the rear of the seat is shaped to suppress posterior pelvic rotation. The cushion uses a soufflé material that combines load distribution and resilience.

【360° Seat Moves in All Directions】
The Flykline 360° type features a coiled wave spring beneath the seat, allowing it to tilt 360° simply by shifting your weight. This operation-free design prevents prolonged periods in the same posture and reduces blood flow stagnation in the back of the thighs. Additionally, the firmness of the seat's movement can be adjusted using the adjustment lever.

Note: The adjustment lever may loosen, so it may need to be tightened.

Hida Sangyo has launched the "Align Project," a collaborative project between industry, academia, and government to research and develop chairs that are gentle on people with back pain. The developed "back-friendly chair" aims to alleviate strain on the lower back when standing up or sitting down, while also prioritizing comfort. Two types are available to suit different symptoms: a normal type and the Flykline 360°, where the seat moves to conform to the body.
