We have created lighting products that are sustainable and have a mechanism that creates employment opportunities . "Thin kanna" series made by reusing plane scraps . When lit, the warm orange light that passes through the trees gently illuminates the room. |

Thin plane scraps with a thickness of about 1 mm are given stronger tension by rolling them into a mold.
The rolled plane scraps are further fine-tuned and pasted together to create a sphere-like design.
There are two colors, natural wood with a bright atmosphere and brown wood with a sharp impression.
When lit, the shadow of the shade will be reflected on the wall. The size and intensity of shadows will vary depending on the distance between the luminaire and the wall.

In addition, heavy snow arrives in Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture almost every year. During the winter, heavy snowfall areas are forced to make different names such as inns. I thought about lighting design that creates employment at a time when internal work is one of the important jobs. During the long winter, each household rounds the plane scraps from Uonuma City one by one, and by the time it is completed as a shade of lighting, a mild spring will come. |
