Designed by Mikiya Kobayashi, an up-and-coming designer who develops a wide range of activities from product to interior both in Japan and overseas.
This stool has a form with a caress reminiscent of a barrel.
It features a cylindrical design that takes advantage of the rich expression of cedar compacted material. It is lighter than it looks because it is hollow, and the opening (handle) provided on the side makes it easy to carry.

まるで樽を思わせる愛嬌のあるフォルムをもつスツールです。
スギ圧密材の豊かな表情を活かした円筒型のデザインが特徴。中空になっているので見た目よりも軽く、側面に設けられた開口部(手掛け)が持ち運びを容易にします。
