■Since natural materials are used, there may be some differences in the actual color, texture, and size. Please note in advance.
■Due to the characteristics of wood materials, discoloration and warping due to sunburn may occur over time and depending on the usage environment. In rare cases, cracks and splinters may occur, so please handle with care. Therefore, please refrain from using it near a window exposed to direct sunlight or in a place directly exposed to the wind of an air conditioner.
■If the product becomes dirty, wipe it with a clean, soft cloth that has been wrung out well, then wipe off the water with a dry cloth.
■The color and pattern of the actual product may look different depending on the monitor of your computer. Please note in advance.
■The warranty period for the product is one year from the date of delivery. Any manufacturing defects, damage, or malfunctions that occur within that period will be repaired free of charge. In other cases, there will be a charge. Even if it is within the warranty period, defects caused by modifications to the fixture will not be covered by the warranty (paid repairs will be required).
■Due to system reasons, the photo in the order confirmation email will be the top image of the purchased product. Therefore, if you select from multiple types of shades, materials, etc., the image of the selected product may not be displayed. Please check that the product name listed in the [Type] of the order matches the product you purchased.
