Designer sword holding Isamu who laid the foundations of Japanese modern. When he worked on the interior of the Kyoto International House, the table was designed as a lobby furniture.
It features a simple shape in which the main body and legs are integrally molded. The top plate is surrounded by small bumps called “water return”. In addition to being an accent on the design side, it also has a function to prevent falling on the floor when spilling tea.
Beautiful bark with a gentle expression of Nara. It is characterized by delicately packed meshes, creating a calm atmosphere.
ジャパニーズモダンの礎を築いたデザイナー剣持勇。氏が京都国際会館の内装を手がけた際に、ロビー家具としてデザインされたテーブルを原型としています。
本体と脚を一体成形したシンプルな形状が特徴です。天板は“水返し”と呼ばれる小さな隆起が周囲を囲んでいます。意匠面でのアクセントとなる他、お茶などをこぼした際、床に落ちないようにする働きがあります。
ナラのやさしい表情の美しい木肌。繊細に詰まった柾目が特徴で、落ち着きのある雰囲気を醸し出しています。
