<What is Uzukuri processing?> It is a processing method in which
the surface of the wood is shaved to create unevenness in the wood grain and make the growth rings stand out. A three-dimensional process that makes the wood grain stand out by removing the soft grain that grew during the summer and highlighting the hard grain that grew during the winter.
