This is a bed pad made from domestic (Kyushu) rush. Each strand is thick, with a thick skin and fine fibers, making it elastic and durable. In addition, since we use undyed soil rush, it is soft and smooth and fits your body.
This product uses undyed soil grass that does not undergo that process. Unlike grass that has been dyed with mud, it is raw rush material, so it is not powdery, does not collect dust easily, and is soft to the touch, supporting a comfortable sleep.
Benefits of sleeping rush:
1. Approximately 2.5 times more moisture absorption than cotton.
2. Does not get stuffy. By absorbing moisture from sweat, it lowers the temperature and promotes a comfortable sleep.
3. Reduces sweat odor. It suppresses over 90% of the chemicals that cause sweat odor. It reduces the dampness of sweat even in the hot Japanese summer.
When not in use, it is convenient to roll it up and store it without taking up much space. Rubber bands are attached to the four corners to prevent it from slipping.
Because rush is a natural material, it is easier to cut than chemical products. Therefore, the rush may break during the manufacturing process, or hangnails may occur during use. In that case, do not pull it out, but cut it from the base with scissors or nail clippers. This is not a defective product, so please use it with confidence.
